These are the 2016 Self-Assessment and Guidance Document that are included in our Family and Community Engagement Toolkit.  It is strongly suggested that schools read the Guidance Document before completing the Self-Assessment.

This video is of a Academic Parent Teacher Team (APTT) meeting at Stanton Elementary, in Washington, DC. It shows the format of the APTT meetings and can be used as a reference for the Madison Parent Teacher Teams (MPTT) meeting structure that we are currently piloting in MMSD.
